I love this place. It has a huge variety. A lot of handmade items from local artisans. Plus they have great yard art. The clerk is always friendly and helpful. My husband loves that they have a chair and snacks!

The Sanctuary is a seriously neat store. We came in about an hour before closing, and should have allotted ourselves more time than we did! There are so many fascinating items to take in that it may take a trip or two. I walked out with a few gifts and many ideas for future birthdays and anniversaries. The proprietress is a great lady to chat with about local color and recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Really neat place. Stopped by, expecting something different but was pleasingly surprised. Definitely worth the time. Nice selection of a variety of items for yourself or for gifts. Owner was friendly and cheerful.

I love this little shop! They have reasonable prices and unique local gifts. The cashier was super sweet and helpful! A kind artist was outside selling framed pieces and I bought several. After visiting nearly every small gift shop in Asheville this was the favorite!

Lots of great stuff! A great place to find artwork and goods from local artist. So much stuff to look at I feel like I could spend hours and hundreds in there! Good deals, and plenty of support on fellow small local businesses! Things I purchased were carefully wrapped, you can definitely tell they care about customer service!

Love this place! I picked up several pairs of cute, comfy socks and also a really precious looking pumpkin, few coffee mugs, funny as heck Bob Rossi sticker etc etc. OK so typically for me this large metal work pumpkin that was painted would’ve cost about $70 bucks at a craft fair all day long, I paid $45 at this cute little shop. My husband and I take one vacation a year and I just appreciate locals in this area and their prices. I feel like I got the world today for about $150 bucks. Not to mention my second round of purchases ( truth I started with one pair of socks and had to have more) the lady that is the shop owner was just sweet enough to send me pictures of what they had in stock 30 minutes before they closed; sure did. Do ya’ll know how rare this kind of customer service is? Life fact.

Sanctuary of Stuff is a unique gift shop in Woodfin (north of Asheville). There's a fun vibe, with beautiful pottery, glass, jewelry, clothing, homewares and baby things made by artists, many of them local. Perfect place to find something for that hard-to-buy-for person. The owner was very friendly. We'll definitely be back!
